Why this exists
Human beings have always needed more than facts. We need orientation, ritual, rest, meaning, courage, community and a way to meet difficulty without being swallowed by it.
Xosmology asks whether those needs can be met with honesty: through mindfulness, science, psychology-informed practice, open questioning, compassion and clear limits.
It is not a belief system to join. It is a framework to use: a way to understand the real story of being here, then return to the day with more steadiness and care.
